By using Bynd PDF (this website and its tools), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What Bynd PDF is

Bynd PDF provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files — merging, splitting, editing, converting, signing, compressing, and similar operations. Every tool runs locally in your browser; no file you process is uploaded to any server we run. The service is offered free of charge and supported by advertising and optional donations.

3. Your files and content

You are solely responsible for the files you process using this site and for having the legal right to use, edit, and store them. Since your files never leave your device, we have no ability to view, monitor, or moderate what you process here — that responsibility rests entirely with you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you don't have the legal right to use
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site's operation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the site's tools as your own service
• Use automated means to abuse the advertising served on this site

5. "As is", no warranty

Bynd PDF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the tools accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep a backup of any important file before processing it, and verify the output before relying on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bynd PDF and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of files, or any outcome from content you processed here.

7. Third-party services

This site loads a small number of third-party libraries (for PDF processing, fonts, and similar functionality) and displays Google AdSense advertising. These are covered by their own respective terms, and our Privacy Policy explains how AdSense may use cookies.

8. Intellectual property

The Bynd PDF name, logo, and site design belong to their respective owner(s). The underlying open-source libraries this site uses remain the property of their own authors under their own licenses. Files you process through the site remain entirely your own property — we claim no rights over them.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, regardless of the domain extension the site is reached through. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
